RUN SETTINGS
======================
To prevent any run setting errors, avoid manually programming the Rotor-Gene Q and ensure that the template PANDAA Lassa Virus - RGQ Template.ret is used.

The Auto-Gain prompt that appears at the start of a new run should be set so that auto-gain optimisation is performed before the 1st acquisition. 

Do NOT perform gain optimisation at 60 °C at the beginning of the run.



ANALYSIS SETTINGS

It is not possible to save analysis settings in the .ret template file, so when analysing the results: 

1. Dynamic Tube should be selected.
2. Slope Correct should be selected for consistent results across all runs.
3. Outlier Removal should be set at 5%.
